Smart TV software developer Titan OS announced $46 million, about €40 million, in financing to support expansion. Highland Europe and Mangrove Capital Partners, both existing investors, provided equity, while BlackRock-managed funds and accounts supplied a credit facility.

The financing takes the Barcelona-based company’s total funding to $110 million, following a €50 million Series A in December 2025. Titan OS plans to use the money to attract additional TV manufacturers, expand into new markets and further develop its software and advertising technology.

Manufacturers licensing its operating system include Philips, AOC, JVC, Vestel, Skyworth and Sharp. They receive a portion of advertising and channel revenue generated after their televisions are sold. Titan OS says its revenue has increased 15 times over three years of operation.

TechCrunch reported that Titan OS has 30 million users, compared with 18 million a year earlier. Its televisions reach audiences in Europe and Latin America, and Philips replaced Google TV with Titan OS for its 2026 models. The company has more than 200 employees across its Barcelona headquarters and offices in London and Taipei.
