Megamo’s new Along 01 electric gravel bike has a recommended retail price of €7,999 and pairs a carbon frame with an Avinox M2S motor. The system delivers boost torque of up to 150 Nm, while battery capacity is 600 Wh.
The bike puts performance ahead of low weight. Its total weight has not been announced, though the battery and motor together weigh more than five kilograms. Shifting is handled by a wireless SRAM Force XPLR AXS drivetrain with 13 speeds.
A rigid carbon fork comes as standard. Riders can replace it with a DT Swiss F132 One suspension fork offering 40 mm of travel. That change does not affect the bike’s geometry or the rider’s position, allowing either fork configuration to retain the same setup.
Megamo’s business is concentrated mainly in European markets. The Along 01 is positioned for gravel riding, with its motor providing assistance on steep climbs.
