Atlanta, Georgia Sep 12, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - According to an article written by Inc.com, 3 Reasons Why Every Business Leader Should Join a Mastermind Group, "Research studies indicate a group can help develop and operationalize ideas in a quick fashion than working alone. More importantly, a mastermind group can be a setting where leaders can be challenged and can feel comfortable in a low-risk environment allowing for breakthrough ideas."
"I explicitly remember participating in the I'm Possible Women's Empowerment Collaborative mastermind and remembering how empowered I felt afterward. I had a newfound clarity of next steps, embracing this experience, knowing... this is what I wanted the members of EICC to experience," says Dr. Ursula D. Frederick Brown, Chairperson and one of the Original Founders of Embassy International Chamber of Commerce (EICC). "The epiphany of leveraging the knowledge of others to come up with new ideas was monumental."
