Sigma full-frame camera pairs 6K video with optional OLED viewfinder
The camera offers 70 GB of internal storage alongside an SD slot, but its electronic-only shutter rules out flash use.

Sigma’s full-frame camera combines a sensor with 24.5 megapixels and a partially stacked design with support for 6K open-gate video. Its angular body accommodates a rear touchscreen, while a separately sold OLED viewfinder offers another way to frame images.
For still images, DNG RAW files have a resolution of 6,016 x 4,012 pixels. Video capabilities include the ProRes RAW HQ format and recording audio in 32-bit float. Battery life is specified at two hours when recording video.
The flip-out touchscreen has 2.1 million dots, compared with 5.76 million dots for the optional Sigma EVF-21 viewfinder. A slider on top selects photo or video mode, alongside the shutter button and a control dial. The camera lacks a hot shoe and cannot use flashes because its shutter is electronic-only.
Sigma claims substantially quicker autofocus than its predecessor. Other features include internal storage of 70 GB, an SD slot and a 10 Gbit/s USB-C connection. Lens compatibility is provided through the Leica L-mount.
