Monday.com has introduced Harmony, an AI voice service designed to contact prospective customers, assess their interest and transfer qualified leads to sales representatives. The company is targeting mid-market and large businesses, with availability covering Australia, Singapore, the UK and the US.

The service draws on technology from OneAI, acquired by Monday.com in May for US$14.1 million in cash, according to a company filing. Rather than relying on a single large model, Harmony assigns individual tasks to smaller models trained using actual customer calls.

Monday.com says these models operate largely on Harmony’s servers and respond in about 200 milliseconds. Their tasks include assessing potential customers and handling objections.

Twilio provides the telephony used for dialing, incoming-call routing and consent recording. Harmony also sends notes from conversations to customer relationship management systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce. Its website says the default setting requires AI agents to identify themselves as such.

The company reported that Harmony reaches up to 70% of those it calls, without explaining its measurement method. Pricing was not disclosed.

Bright Car Finance, an early UK customer, attributed a 9% increase in completed deals over less than a year to Harmony. The broker said previously only about 5% of approved applications became finance agreements because prospective customers lost interest.
