Android users are getting broader access to changes in Gemini’s navigation and settings through a server-side update. The redesign follows its introduction on iOS, macOS and the web app alongside the launch of Gemini 4 Argon.

In the navigation drawer, Library now sits directly below New chat rather than near the bottom, and search has moved to the upper-right corner. Five items appear initially, with a More control opening the rest of the list. AI Ultra subscribers can access entries including Images, Scheduled, Daily brief, Customize, Students, Videos and Gems.

Settings that were previously spread across two places are now grouped on a single page. The account menu is left with options to switch accounts, submit feedback and get help. Manage account and Usage limits appear at the beginning of the settings page.

A new Theme option joins the Preferences section, which also contains controls for notifications, voice, media and other features. Separate sections organize privacy tools, including Gemini Apps Activity and public links, and support options such as problem reporting and updates.
