Apple has made a revised release candidate for watchOS 27.2 available to registered developers and public beta testers, following the initial candidate by four days. Testers can obtain it through Settings on their Apple Watch or through the iPhone’s Apple Watch app.

Apple says the update enables Siri AI to remember earlier conversations, allowing users to revisit information from previous answers, such as restaurant recommendations. The company also says Siri will respond more quickly on the watch.

The expanded personal information Siri can draw on includes voicemail, pictures attached to Messages and details about Calendar attendees. Apple also lists improved results using the paired phone’s Safari browsing history and Reading List.

A setting called Excluded Apps lets users control which apps are accessible to Siri, Search and suggestions from their phone. Siri AI gains support for Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese and French, but remains unavailable in the EU and mainland China. Apple says the update also contains additional features, fixes for bugs and security updates.
