AMD has announced plans to bring its FSR 4.1 upscaling technology to Xbox Series X/S consoles and several Ally handhelds, although a firm rollout schedule has not been provided. The handheld lineup includes the Ally X, Ally X20, Ally S and Ally.

FidelityFX Super Resolution reduces the resources needed to run a game by rendering it at a lower resolution, then applying machine learning to produce a sharper image.
