The Side Splitters Comedy Club has opened a new location in St. Pete and is now hosting live comedy shows on a regular basis at Coastal Creative.

The new location, situated centrally in downtown St. Pete, Florida, is the latest of three clubs in the Side Splitters family to open. They are now booking comedians and have secured many of the largest acts currently touring, featuring SNL alums and other nationally-renowned comedians.

At this new location, called “Coastal Creative”, patrons can expect to find regularly scheduled comedy nights with reserved seating available. The St. Pete location joins the Side Splitters Comedy Club family, alongside The Grove and their namesake Side Splitters club, both in Tampa Bay.
At all three venues, up-and-coming stars share the stage with established powerhouses of stand-up such as Ari Shaffir and Jim Breuer. Each location is known for hosting internationally touring comedians on a regular basis, and patrons can check upcoming acts on their website’s calendar. Each club location often features both single comedian shows and multi-act lineups, with occasional special events hosted at their locations as well. Seating for these events is ticketed, and interested parties can reserve a table at the showtime and date of their choosing through their booking service.
Side Splitters Comedy Club is an adults-only venue, featuring the best that the global comic community has to offer, including some irreverent performers. There is also a VIP section available at an additional cost which will allow patrons intimate seating close to the performers.
The new St. Pete location includes a fully stocked kitchen and bar service so that their patrons can feel comfortable over the course of the 2-3 hour long performances.
Following their visit, one patron said, “The owner or manager went above and beyond with customer service. The original show was rescheduled and I wasn’t able to make the time. They got me into an early show time for the same comedian and got me better seats. I was very grateful and I’ll definitely be back soon to see some of the other comedians.”
Their clubs have been the premier comedy venue in the Tampa Bay area since 1992, and their expansion to St. Pete will bring that same measure of quality to their new venue.
