YogaSix Pasadena will host the first annual Pasadena Wellness Crawl from October 10–17, 2026, offering free wellness experiences, a digital passport, and prizes at local businesses.

PASADENA, CA — October 3, 2026 — The Pasadena Wellness Crawl, organized by YogaSix Pasadena, invites the Pasadena community to experience local wellness businesses through a free, eight-day community event taking place October 10–17, 2026.

Designed to connect residents with businesses dedicated to fitness, healthy eating, recovery, beauty, self-care, and overall wellness, the Pasadena Wellness Crawl offers participants an opportunity to explore new wellness experiences, discover local businesses, and receive complimentary gifts, special offers, and prizes along the way.
“The Pasadena Wellness Crawl is about elevating the health of our community while introducing people to the incredible businesses right here in Pasadena,” said Cheri Erlich, owner of YogaSix Pasadena, the originator and primary hub for the community event. “We want to make it easy and fun for people to try out different wellness resources, support local businesses, and discover providers and services that can become a regular part of their wellness journey.”

The Pasadena Wellness Crawl is organized by YogaSix Pasadena with the goal of creating an annual community tradition that brings local wellness-focused businesses together while making wellness experiences more accessible.

Participation in the Pasadena Wellness Crawl is completely free. Participants can download the event’s digital passport and use it to explore participating businesses throughout the eight-day event.

The Pasadena Wellness Crawl officially kicks off on Saturday, October 10, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at YogaSix Pasadena, 277 West Green Street #110, Pasadena, CA 91105
The community is invited to meet participating businesses, enjoy complimentary experiences, connect with fellow wellness enthusiasts, and pick up momentum for a full week of exploring Pasadena’s wellness community.
Closing Celebration — Yoga in the Park + Community Potluck
The eight-day celebration will conclude on Saturday, October 17, at Singer Park with a free community yoga class followed by a community potluck, and grand prize drawings.
Yoga in the Park: 10:30–11:30 AM
Community Potluck: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and a dish to share as the community comes together to help make Pasadena healthier.

For those looking to try a new fitness class, improve nutrition, explore recovery services, or learn more about beauty and self-care, the Pasadena Wellness Crawl provides an opportunity to experience the breadth of wellness resources available in the local community. Participants are encouraged to share the event with friends and family and to explore Pasadena's wellness providers and retail services.
