United States, October 3, 2026 -- Herndon Reston Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Kenwood Management Company, has completed two lease renewals at Reston-Herndon Business Park. Chroma Imaging executed a 10-year renewal and expansion lease for 25,000 square feet, and General Dynamics completed a three-year renewal for 9,600 square feet.

"We're pleased that both Chroma Imaging and General Dynamics have chosen to stay at Reston-Herndon Business Park, and that Chroma is expanding its footprint with us," said Hank Bowis, Co-founder at Kenwood Management. Chroma Imaging is a full-service graphic design and production company specializing in large-format printing and custom visual solutions. It has locations in the Washington, D.C., metro area, Orlando, Florida, and Las Vegas.

General Dynamics is a publicly traded global aerospace and defense company.

In these lease transactions, the landlord was represented by Phil Ackley from Preferred Commercial Assets. Chroma represented itself, and General Dynamics was represented by CBRE.

Other tenants in the park include Volkswagen, Offenbacher, and Parsons Services. Currently there are warehouse spaces available for lease ranging from 2,000-36,000 square feet. Retail suites are also available from 1,700 square feet and up.

Reston-Herndon Business Park is easily accessible to the Fairfax County Parkway and the Dulles Access Road. Washington Dulles International Airport is only five minutes away. Situated on 16 acres and improved with five buildings totaling 236,000 square feet, the project contains approximately 209,000 square feet of small-bay warehouse suites and approximately 27,000 square feet of retail spaces. The warehouse spaces are represented by Preferred Commercial Assets, and the retail spaces are represented by KLNB.
