Singapore-based Trueworld Studios released its shooter Alteredblood+ for Windows PC through Steam early access on November 4, 2026 (Pacific Time). The game is priced at US$9.99, with an introductory discount of 15 percent reducing it to US$8.49 through November 11.

Combining first-person shooting with 3D platforming, the game uses blood-covered surfaces as a combat resource. Players recover ammunition and health by sliding, dashing or stomping on blood. Standing in it activates an altered state, boosting movement and weapons while allowing passage through obstacles. Movement techniques include rocket jumping and air strafing.

Version 0.1 offers six missions across three episodes in its opening story chapter, accessed through a hub. It also includes three arenas for the Gravekeeper wave-survival mode, online rankings, four weapons, a knife and a chapter boss. The installation requires 3 GB of storage, and a separate free demo lets players try the opening two missions.

Trueworld Studios plans to continue early access until late 2027 and gradually increase the price as it adds content. Planned work includes additional episodes or chapters, more survival arenas, localization, reworks and bug fixes. Further weapons, enemies and accessibility improvements are due in the full version. Linux and macOS have no official support; DualShock and DualSense controllers work through USB or wireless connections.
